My personal experience with William Marshall Moore was nothing short of amazing. His ability to break things down to a level of easy understanding for me and educate me was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I was all squared away and provided me with a work note on the spot BEFORE I LEFT!! (no my chart waiting around). His nurse was very good as well. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and sweet! I love this ARC and am grateful that I was able to get the treatment I needed!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with ARC Kyle/plumcreek! Dr. Blood is our primary pediatrician, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and so clearly knowledgeable. As a first-time mom, I’ve had a lot of questions, and she always takes the time to answer them thoughtfully, never making me feel silly for asking what I feel like could be a dumb question.

We’ve also seen Dr. Yi once when our baby was sick, and she was just as fantastic. Even though she hadn’t met us before, it was clear she had reviewed our baby’s case beforehand, which made me feel so reassured. She was thorough, kind, and made us feel heard and cared for!

Getting appointments, especially for sick visits, has been pretty easy, which is such a relief as a parent. The whole office has been friendly, organized, and accommodating which I know people are wary of at ARC with it being such a big practice. We're happy with our experience!

It's impossible to get an appointment with your doctor and then they don't give you all the information you need. They want you to figure out their rules and policies without ever mentioning that there are rules and policies to figure out. I can't get my prescription filled because apparently I was supposed to come in after 6months instead of a year. Nobody told me and to get an appointment I would have to wait at least 4 weeks. They randomly charge money and then send refund checks just to charge you again. It makes no sense. And most of the doctors are rude and judgmental for no reason. Nursing staff is even worse somehow.

I was standing right at the front desk to check, the line was long and they ended up canceling my appointment because I did not make it on time . the lady at the front desk messages to see if i can be seen and has me way for another 10 mins.. she comes back with - you need to be re scheduled for a different kind of appointment.. seriously, you couldn’t tell me that earlier or via mychart.. be responsible for someone else’s time… pick another ARC!

My son goes here and I love his doctor but when the reps that check you in on the left when you walk in are always rude and never smile and always in a bad mood, the ones on the right are nice and sweet, and very helpful. If you don't like your job don't be here and find another job.

Mechanical Ape

We took our child to the clinic as she was down bad with fever. Dr. Rebecca Kim saw her. She said my kid was feeling okay from the outside, but she did see bit of a shortened and fast breathing.

She recommended an X-Ray to confirm. To our surprise, my kid had caught Pneumonia.

Dr. Rebecca's timely thinking and decision making saved us from potentially a serious situation. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Rebecca's service.

Additionally, doctor listened to our concerns and addressed our questions with patience and clarity.

Staff is wonderful in house. The answering service is terrible. I spent hours on the phone yesterday trying to get a doctors excuse for my son's school. I had to go twice to the clinic to get it. I left in a hurry to drop it off at school on time and I realized they write the wrong dates. I call today asking to get it fixed and faxed and just keep getting transferred. Care is great but getting a doctors note should not be this difficult.

I meant to update sooner. I went into the clinic and they immediately helped me out. They listen to my complains and made me feel heard. Love the in house staff
