Highly dissatisfied & disappointed with his work ( Mr Devander)
- Contract never followed
- 3 months of finising the job carried on till 5 months with no information of any thing .
- Defaulted his contract TWICE,after he could not complete his first commitment he signed another contract BY ASKING FOR MORE MONEY which he should not have .
- Inspite of taking more money he has still not completed his work and still don't know when he intends to do so
- Giving contact to Mr Devander was a disaster and a worse nightmare.
- Till date after 5 months he still has no courtesy to let us know when he plans to finish the work .
- Once he gets his MONEY you are at his mercy and he will do what he feels like, when he feels like , what standard and quality he feels like .
He will never be on time never show any respect of time , his only for intention will be to save money at our cost , compromise quality & get cheap stuff .
- Our porta cabin has already started developing cracks while work has still not finished , these cracks have been filled 5 times but they will keep reappearing .
- Tile work , ACP , lights everything has been compromised .
- Money he will take everything in advance so that we get stuck , then his intention is to keep asking for more , disrespect his own contract . Which he has done TWICE already .

Very disappointed and a pity giving this company my contract .
