Vitaliy and his team are professional, on time, knowledgeable, and polite. He fixed an issue I was having with my thermostat and walked me through the entire process. I was pleased ARC got me on their schedule quickly and got the job done efficiently while advising me on ways to make the most of my unit. I am really impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. I will be returning to this company when I need my entire AC unit replaced. Truly felt my business and time was valued. I hired HVAC contractor to install my Bosch AC system and they were not able to complete the job for the few days.

ARC is reliable, friendly and very knowledgeable HVAC company. We met with Vitally who patiently explained the issue with our AC unit. He was able to diagnose & correct the problem quickly which included vacuuming debris from my AC unit . We highly recommend ARC, great customer service.

Vitality at ARC is exceptional. He was recommended to us by someone from the HVAC industry and we could not be more satisfied. His knowledge, transparency of his estimates, attention to detail and technical skill are supreme. He was a good salesman but not because of slick tactics but because of honesty, patience and demonstration of knowledge. He came in at a competitive price and, honestly, after working with him I feel like it was a bargain. Called Vitaliy on a Friday for an AC primary drain being plugged after a friend recommended him . He came to my house on Monday and unplugged the drain line. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the issue to me and also explaining some other recommended servicing of our AC. He also changed a capacitor on our AC that same day. I was happy with his service and communication. AC is running good now. Might even be a bit quieter and blows a bit harder.
