Arrived at 11:00 am on 1/23/2025. The service staff on the right side of the front desk had a very bad attitude and looked at me with a discriminatory look even though I didn't speak good English! People who take taxpayers' money but don't do what they should do in a friendly way should leave this position!

I now personally see the reviews are accurate for this clinic. I saw Dr. Ousley a few days back in a rushed televisit. She ordered labs for me, which were resulted on the portal. I never received a phone call with the results or a plan of care. I then called the clinic to inquire about getting medications to address my unfavorable lab results. They said they would check with the doc and call me back. They called me and asked questions that were in the clinical note and the chief complaint for my visit – this concerned me that they were unaware of who they were calling in a prescription for, but I provided them with clarification anyways. The script never got called in that day for a medication that needed to be started timely. I ended up having to follow up two more times to get this medication prescribed days after my original visit. As someone who works in healthcare, I would not recommend this “urgent” care.

Horrible office .. earlier this year it took them 7 attempts at a referral, today I had a blood test the doctor told me nothing about she just said to schedule a test. I show up and they say you fasted right? No because no one told me ANYTHING. I'm stuck going to this place because of marketplace insurance I can't wait for open enrollment so I can never come back again.

At the reception there is an elderly lady Who gets upset with older People and does not help them. She Speaks Spanish, does not say hello and serves with an attitude, that is not ethical for her profession. I should change Jobs. I give zero for his behavior.
Thanks

We thought it would good to part of the ARC network and have had our teenage kids with the pediatrics office in Leander for a long time. In recent years we have learned that we are not only just a medical records number to them but they have grown so large they don't seem to care much about even about keeping your business. For example, our daughter lost her medication bottle for a pill she takes daily. We spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get ahold of someone and have even gone in person to get a refill called in. (This is not a controlled substance) Every time its the same story that a nurse will send it over or call use back. They never send it and they never call. Its been over a week with literally about 4-5 attempts. If you are ok with scheduling appointments months in advance, this a great place for you. If you are not busy parents with jobs and have the ability to wait on hold multiple times for almost an hour each, you will be fine with this place. We were ok with it until we had this lost medicine issue come up and realized they don't care about you one bit. So, I am now looking for a new pediatrician that will answer the phone when you call. That is really all I expect beyond basic medical competency. Being part of the ARC system where everything is connected is just a marketing scam. There is really no benefit I've learned and its terrible service at all ARC locations. BYE ARC! I feel sorry for the patients you still have

I saw Dr. Manthena at the Leander ARC clinic for an annual wellness exam. She was gentle, professional, and understanding of all of my health concerns. She was also very patient. I would recommend her for all.

Lab staff was fabulous. They found a room to allow me to lay down while getting blood drawn. Staff was very patient and help with tips.

Scheduling an annual for this location was difficult, but only because it’s a busy location during a busy time. I’d recommend scheduling preventative visits a month or two in advance and not during peak times like right before school year starts or the end of insurance benefits period.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. ARC has always been a place I recommend to people looking for a doctor. I have never had a bad experience until I went to the Leander location. The nurse was so rude. I booked an appointment for a physical and in the comments on my booking I said “physical and vaccine verification for nursing school application”. As soon as we got into the room, I handed her the paper I needed filled out and even took the time to fill out all the stuff I knew I could. She rolled her eyes at me, grabbed the papers from my hand and start giving me attitude saying I was going to need labs. I kept telling her that I didn’t. I said I just need a doctors signature saying my vaccines listed on that form were up to date and a physical. She then told me I didn’t need to be there and walked out with my form. Thankfully the front desk helped me fill out my form and have Dr. Konda sign it.

This location needs to be closed and staff here needs have their licenses suspended especially the nurses and techs. They are destroying the reputation of nurses. I have never heard or experienced such crazy behavior at any patient care setting. All they care about is their money that they get from the patients and their insurance. If I need to vote I would like to request to close this location immediately especially after such horrible reviews of poor people who visited here !! And whoever is working there currently, hold on to their licenses untill they redo some training on behavioral education and patient care skills. They are just ruining public’s life by being there. Stay home if you don’t like your job but don’t play with someone’s life and emotions.
