I gave it 1 star only because I had to. I moved my things out of the unit and I kept being billed and was told there was still a lock on my unit. I kept saying over and over for the next 2 months. I took my lock and emptied the unit. They wanted me to pay to have the lock removed to see the unit. Later found out that a homeless man had moved things in my unit right after I emptied it and they found him asleep in the unit and NEVER LET ME EVEN KNOW but continued to bill me. Once I begin tell others I found out that they found a man asleep in my unit and even during the 2 months of me arguing with them NOT ONE TIME DID THEY MENTION THE MAN ASLEEP IN MY UNIT THEY WAS CONTINUING TO BILL ME FOR. I asked for the forms I signed and was given a forged form allowing someone access to the unit. I pointed out that that was not my writing and I went to get my phone from my car and was locked out of the office and then the "B" behind the counter refused to give me the form. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS DO NOT MOVE THEM HERE

I went to the store and it said closed until 1:30 and I waited until 1:45 and I left I called the store back to see what happen because I didn't have time to wait and they had an attitude with me saying "don't call me an Lier the sign said 2 o'clock "I was nice as came be and I get treated like this I would not recommend this place to anyone the price is cheap but unless u want to be disrespect over the phone don't come to this place

Agents are rude, the storage unit charges you extra for a lock, and will not help you at all if you lose your lock (it is standard that storage units should cut your lock off in these cases...). Unacceptable!

I like them alot. No one bothers my stuff and with 24hr access I feel secure and safe here.
