Architech North Wales helped us with out kitchen and dining room remodelling. We had been considering knocking through to make a kitchen diner for a while, and Mike really helped to consider all the options and decide on a design. He is very knowledgeable about the building process, and so the design he put together suited our requirements and our budget for the work whilst also incorporating specifications for best practise (eg specifying the insulation to be used).

Mike was also able to send over some 3D drawings to help us visualise how the finished work would look.

The design itself provided sufficient information to get quotes from contractors, and provide a basis for the building work, as well as for the engineer and building control to assess. There were no problems with getting the building regulations certificate at the completion of the work.

Mike was also able to recommend people he had worked with before, which helped us to get the project going.

We are overjoyed with the end result, thank you Mike for helping to bring our long talked about plans into reality!

Mike produced the most detailed and comprehensive drawings for knocking two rooms together to create a larger utility room and moving the downstairs toilet. He managed to come up with a great solution for adding a shower onto the utility room. Mike is professional and extremely helpful (looking for all possible solutions). He also submitted the drawings to Building Control, returning to explore a question from Building Control to see the project through.

ArchiTech produced conceptual drawings, planning submission, then building regulation drawings and continued to supported us through the build with amendments as we changed our minds nothing was too much trouble.
Mike is very approchable, has a wealth of knowledge and a good eye for detail. Compared other costs in the build, the design costs were a fraction and certainly worth every penny.
